Ora's yard is back in action: After losing Ora, my beloved wife, to whom I was married for 63 years, and after many months in which the yard was closed to visitors, I decided to continue Ora's path and keep welcoming visitors with a big smile and a warm heart. I am delighted to open the yard again and receive small groups and families of between 4 and 20 people. Activities include: a unique guided tour of the orchard, with its 120 fruit trees from 80 exotic fruit varieties, accompanied by the fascinating personal story of our roots and how the settlement in the Negev started, narrated by Reuben Rozenblat. We also sell our liquors, boutique beers and homemade jams. The Site is closed on Saturdays and holidays. The visit by pre-booking only. I would love to host you.

"C A R N E S" - Grilled meats - Asado workshop, Kibbutz Bror Hayil The workshop includes: - Explanations about the types of fire sources and grilling methods, meat cuts and what is suitable for each dish - Explanation of the preparation stages - Preparing together: chimichurri, garlic bread, and caipirinha - and throwing everything else on the grill - All explanations and preparations are done in the presence of the participants, with their active participation in some stages During the workshop, we "nibble" on freshly-made garlic bread, chicken breast in sweet chili sauce, and kebabs and drink our caipirinha. Then, we move on to the main course, a meal that includes: aged entrecote, aged boneless Asado (for groups of 20 people or more), chicken thighs, chorizos, salads, rice and black beans (a typical Brazilian dish). The entire workshop is accompanied by various explanations about what is being done, how, why, etc. All raw materials and workshop equipment are kosher. On Fridays and Saturdays, you are invited to enjoy an Asado meal - by pre-order.

Hadkalim Farm camping is open to visitors. There are various options for accommodations: guest rooms, a largeBedouin tent or personal tenting. The clean, fresh air of the Western Negev gives a sense of freedom with every breath, re-charging body and soul with energy. There are several tents of varying sizes (accommodating 12 / 30 / 35 persons). The Bedouin encampment can sleep families with children or groups of travelers. To provide that homey, pleasant feeling, it's always warm inside the tent. In wintertime - the tent also protects against rain and cold, wrapping campers withcozy warmth. In summer visitors can open the tent and gaze at the millions of stars twinkling in the magical desert night sky. The area offers routes along Nahal Gerer and the Western Negev. You may also enjoy many more activities, such as biking tours, a petting zoo, and an aviary. The camping site also serves as a venue for social events, outdoor productions, corporate retreats, fun days, and many diverse activities.

Meira's Corner - Between Fields and Ravines In the heart of the green landscape, colorfully dotted with flowers, we invite you to stay at Kibbutz Mefalsim. Our accommodation unit includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen, suitable for a couple or a family with 2 children. Location: 15 minutes drive to Zikim beach, 20 minutes to Ashkelon and ~35 minutes to Be'er Sheva. Our guests can enjoy guided tours, marked maps of the area's cycling routes, trips by car or on foot and historical tours that tell the story of the settlement in the southern region of Israel. You may coordinate a guided tour in advance, provided by an experienced guide, who will take you to various sites of the Western Negev (such as: "Black Arrow," the "Security House" of Kibbutz Saad and a tour of the water tower of Kibbutz Be'erot Yitzhak, and more! The area offers woodworking and ceramics artists, culinary tours and more...

Kibbutz Gvulot guesthouse awaits you, far away from the oppressive humidity and harsh winters of the center of the country. The guestrooms are located in the main piazza of the kibbutz, in the heart of green, manicured lawns and near the service center. Here you will enjoy the hospitality that will give you peace and tranquility, as well as a sense of kibbutz life. Kibbutz Gvulot offers two separate accommodation complexes: Kibbutz hospitality accommodations: 26 detached units suitable for couples + 3 children (maximum). Each unit has a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, coffee kit, air conditioner, and cable TV. Mexican-style accommodations: Two motels, one with 10 rooms and the other - with 7 rooms. Each room has a bathroom and shower. In addition, each motel offers a shared living space and kitchen. The site is surrounded by lush, green and manicured lawns, trees and shaded areas, barbecue facilities, picnic tables, swings and hammocks to give you that peaceful, calm feeling.

Dozens of yummy toppings for you to choose from, or just pick one of our crazy combos - vegan options are also on offer! Our menu includes meat lovers/ vegetarian / vegan dishes. Between 12:00 - 16:00, we serve delicious and great-value business meals!  

The Olive Route - a nursery, an ancient olive grove and a café We have a large variety of mature and young trees - lychee, mango, avocado and many other fruit trees. The olive grove includes pleasant seating areas for couples or families. You can pick up smoothies / freshly squeezed juices / coffee from our cafe and go down to the adjacent orchard to enjoy the view of the olive trees and the fruit in an ancient atmosphere.
