Designs from the Heart Studio My name is Einat Levi. I am the owner of the design and ambiance studio. I invite you to a unique, enriching creative experience. The studio holds various arts and crafts workshops that introduce and allow experimentation with diverse materials: Macrame, mosaic, embroidery, mandala painting, wood print, paper design I believe that the power of artistic creation allows everyone to have an authentic encounter with their own selves. After a conversation and pre-arrangement, the workshops are tailored to the customers, be it couples, groups, inside or outside the studio - *Couples workshops - bonding and bringing people closer. The couple meets a world different from anything it has known. "From destruction and ruin we shall grow a strong and healthy vine, with deep roots and quality grapes for the glory of our home, for the lives of our father-grandfather's partners, and in memory of those who are no longer with us." In 2006, Gideon Pauker, one of the founders of Kibbutz Nir Oz, dreamed of producing wine from grapes he would grow himself, for his own enjoyment and that of his relatives and friends. Encouraged by his friends and partners Gadi Moses and Haim Peri, and in partnership with additional members from the kibbutz, the dream took shape: the group planted a small vineyard on the western side of the kibbutz and established the winery in Nir Oz's first shelter. Gideon served as the winemaker and vintner of the small winery, joined by his project partners in carrying out various tasks to transform grapes into wine. Over approximately 17 harvests, Gideon fulfilled his dream. On Saturday morning, in early October, when the wine was ready but had not yet begun aging, the kibbutz fence was breached, and a bloodthirsty Gazan mob flooded the area. For eight hours, hell reigned in our small piece of paradise. By day's end, the dimensions of the disaster became clear: Gideon was murdered in his home, and three of his partners – Haim Peri, Yoram Metzger, and Gadi Moses – were kidnapped to Gaza. Many other partners also lost family, friends, and homes. During those difficult days, the final wine remained orphaned in the shelter. With help from people in the Israeli wine industry, we, Gideon's family, managed to rehabilitate the vineyard, rescue the wine, and bring it to bottling, as a legacy for the wine group from Nir Oz. In spring 2024, we planted a new vineyard in memory of our father-grandfather, and alongside the friends' winery, we established "Pauker Winery" – a boutique family winery that invites everyone to taste quality wine overlooking the fields of the western Negev, and to continue Gideon's legacy and dream. With us, you will receive rural hospitality, seating facing the vineyard with an open view of the fields, and a quality boutique wine experience with a family story of growth and hope.

Galai Winery - the Boutique Winery of the Northern Negev A (paid) guided tour of a family-owned, rural boutique winery whose wines have won prestigious medals and awards both in Israel and abroad. Tasting various fine and unique wines accompanied by explanations about the careful manufacturing process of all wines exclusively produced from grapes grown in the vineyard next to the winery in Moshav Nir-Akiva, the North-Western Negev. You may sit or stay on the grounds even without the paid tour - based on availability. The cost depends on what you order from the menu. Rich, diverse picnic baskets - ready-made or customized (wines, cheeses, spreads and more) Arrival at the complex: Location: Moshav Nir-Akiva (close to the Beit-Kama interchange, Netivot and Sderot) Waze: "Galai Winery" or "Nir-Akiva." Take the first turn right at the second roundabout inside the settlement. Parking: on-site. Follow the signage or any other directions provided. Notes: * The activity in the complex is not suitable for families with children. * Entry is from age 18. (Exceptions are made by prior arrangements only, with a special permit). * The wines are not kosher. The food products are kosher, but not all have a kosher seal.

The "Desert shell" hospitality complex is located in Giv'ot Bar in the Northern Negev, near hiking trails, flourishing nature reserves, tourist complexes, and family attractions - a 10-minute drive from the city of Be'er Sheva, which offers a variety of shopping centers and entertainment venues. The complex features two comfortable, self-indulgent and well-equipped B&Bs for up to 6 persons each and an accommodation complex for group recreation, family events and more - overlooking the open desert landscape with spectacular sunsets, suitable for a vacation in the Northern Negev or for business owners who need an accommodation solution in the area. In addition, there is a small and unique event complex suitable for groups of up to 50 people. The site offers a large pool (5 x 11 meters) heated all year long, with a spacious toddlers' area where they can bathe safely, and a designated place for a large umbrella in the center, to protect their gentle skin. The pool can be closed with an electric cover to prevent the unsupervised entrance of children. The complex also offers toilets and showers, a large and luxurious jacuzzi (for 8 people), a ping-pong table, 2 dining tables, seating areas, sunbeds, a wireless music system and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

In the heart of the Negev is one of the largest parks in Israel, crossing the entire region and including streams, wadis, desert blossoms, dramatic landscapes and plenty of space for you to be alone or go on an adventure with the family. A site for outdoor recreation that covers 3.5 million SQM. There are freshwater springs, spacious lawns, and picnic facilities. Eshkol National Park is an excellent starting point for a tour of the sites of Nahal HaBsor and its impressive scenic road. Three magical guestrooms and a villa for family accommodation. The guest rooms are spacious and are surrounded by an amazing complex with lawns, a shaded thicket, a huge olive grove reflected from the decks, a splendid view with clear air, a BBQ corner, a large jacuzzi, spa, a huge pool, and so much more... There is the option for catered meals (to be booked in advance) for those who want to bask in total relaxation. The guestrooms are nestled inside the olive grove.

Green Pub in Kibbutz Nir-Am has a unique and homey environment. The place is open on most weekdays, always has an alternative and happy vibe, and serves as a second home for anyone who wants to go out to mingle or just drink a good beer. Outside there is a pergola, seating and lounging corners, and inside there are table seats  and lounge areas. There is room for everyone. The music style is eclectic, there is a rich bar and a delightful home-cooked menu.
